The brief

Two families under one roof means high power use from morning to night, and the owners wanted to soften the impact of rising bills.

The home is multi-level with several roof sections, each with a different direction, tilt and amount of shade. They also wanted the whole house covered in a blackout, not just a few circuits.

What we did

We assessed each roof section and designed a layout to suit it. Tigo optimisers let every panel run independently, so shade on one doesn't pull down the others.

We added a battery set up for whole-home backup, then tested and commissioned everything before handover.
