What size split system do I need?

It depends on the room's size, insulation, windows and aspect. A west-facing room needs more than a shaded one. We size it properly at quote. Our sizing guide explains how.

Can I run my air con on solar?

Yes. Summer afternoons are when solar's strong and you need cooling most. Running the air con then uses power you'd otherwise export.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the unit, access and pipe run. Larger units, two-storey runs or multiple rooms take longer, and we'll give you the timing with your quote.

How much does a split system cost to install?
