FAQ

About the builder.

How accurate is the price?

It uses the same pricing our energy consultants quote from, with rebates taken off. What can change it is your actual roof and switchboard: roof splits, landscape panels, switchboard upgrades or removing an old system. We check all of that before you commit and tell you upfront.

How do you work out my bill after?

We work back from your bill to your daily usage, then model a year of your solar, battery and the grid month by month, using Adelaide sun hours and typical household usage patterns. Your real interval data gives a sharper answer, and we use it when we quote.

Which battery should I pick?

The one marked "Our pick" is sized to cover most of your evening and overnight use. Bigger makes sense if you want blackout backup, an EV, or a free-power plan. Smaller is fine if you're keeping the budget tight. The options table shows what each size saves.

Sigenergy or GoodWe?

Both are quality systems we install every week. Sigenergy is an all-in-one stack with a slick app and its own solar EV charger. GoodWe is a proven hybrid that's great value per kWh. Read our battery comparison.

What's the weekly price based on?

It's an estimate over 60 months on an interest-free plan, including typical establishment and account fees. Interest-free plans cost more than paying upfront, and we show that honestly. Our team can walk you through the options.

Do the rebates change?

Yes. The federal battery rebate steps down on 1 January 2027 and solar rebates drop each year. The builder shows how much a system installed after the next step would lose.
