NG Elec Pty Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry or quote request, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, suburb or town, property type, what you're interested in, any notes, and any calculator estimate you choose to attach.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send your quote, book work, and provide service and warranty support. We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to call centres or lead resellers.

Who we share it with

Only where needed to do the job: for example suppliers and manufacturers for warranty registration, SA Power Networks for grid connection approvals, and the Clean Energy Regulator for rebates. Our business systems (such as our job management and CRM software) store your details securely.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools can record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you sent us an enquiry. Google and Meta may link this to an account you hold with them, under their own privacy policies.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. The site still works if you do.

Calls, texts and emails

When you send an enquiry, you agree that we can contact you by phone, SMS and email about it, including follow-ups on your quote, booking details and, once your job is done, a request for a review. We don't send unrelated marketing without your consent. Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email and we'll stop.

Your choices

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@ngelec.com.au or calling 0425 322 552.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
