  • Age and condition of the existing wiring

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. We work with agents, landlords and strata managers, and can take jobs by email or phone with tenant details.

Can you do several rentals in one day?

Usually yes. Grouping properties in the same area into one run keeps the cost down for owners.

Is this just for solar?

No. We cover the whole electrical setup: lighting, power, switchboards, smoke alarms and safety systems. We also service solar on rental roofs.

What qualifications do you have?

NG Elec is a licensed electrical contractor (PGE285103), Master Electricians member and Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accredited, with $20M public liability.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Talk to us about your properties and we'll set up what suits, from one-off jobs to regular checks.

Do you do urgent call-outs?

We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and don't run an emergency service. We'll fit urgent repairs in during business hours where we can.
