The brief

The owner had just finished a new shed on a remote part of Kangaroo Island with no mains power available.

A home is planned for the site later, so they didn't want a short-term fix. They needed a system that works now and can be built on when the house goes up.

What we did

We started with an energy assessment and load calculations, working out what the shed needs today and what a future home is likely to add.

From there we designed the system, selected the equipment, and supplied and installed the solar, battery storage and inverter. We tested and commissioned everything on site before handing over.
